Mark Gall is an EU competition law specialist.

Over the course of many years, Mark has built a special level of expertise in Danish and EU competition law. He provides advice to public and private clients in connection with, among other things, competition law compliance, drafting and review of agreements with competition law aspects of both horizontal and vertical nature, and he provides competition law and contractual law assistance in connection with the transfer of undertakings.

Mark is very good at creating an overview of the most important elements of a case and is a much sought-after adviser, who has assisted on a number of prominent transactions. Furthermore, he has extensive experience advising on merger control in connection with merger notifications to both national competition authorities and the European Commission.

Mark is an experienced lecturer at the Bech-Bruun Academy and he also teaches external courses.
