Claus Aagaard Nielsen specialises in M&A.

Claus specialises in mergers and acquisitions, company law issues and reorganisations and has conducted numerous business transactions over the past 15 years.

On this basis, over the past years Claus has had a pivotal and leading role in many of the most talked-about transactions, advising a wide range of large and medium-sized Danish and non-Danish enterprises and private equity funds within, for example, the TMT sector, the fashion, e-commerce and pharmaceutical industries as well as the energy sector.

Claus knows how to apply the law in a commercial context and is known for his ability to execute and push demanding processes forward.

In addition, Claus has specific knowledge of Danish-German legal matters.
