Frederik Benjamin Christensen is specialised in the area of finance law and primarily works with financing and company law issues, including acquisition financing, syndicated loan agreements, refinancing, guarantee and security provision, bond issuance and asset financing of e.g. property portfolios, aircraft, trains and vessels.

Frederik advises Danish and international financial enterprises acting as lenders as well as large Danish and international enterprises acting as borrowers, including in connection with financing structures and the drafting and negotiation of contracts, security documents and company law documentation.

Moreover, Frederik advises airline and leasing companies on the acquisition, sale and leasing of aircraft.
