Joachim Bjerregaard advises on IT, tech, telecommunications and related IP rights focusing in particular on the interface between technology, law and commercial aspects.

He works with agreements and regulatory affairs in the following areas:

IT, tech and digitisation IT outsourcing IT security Telecommunications Tech products Copyright law in connection with IT, tech and online platforms Audiovisual media services

Joachim combines his insight into technology with his legal expertise in order to present solutions to complex issues.

He has particular experience with IT contracts, IT outsourcing projects, advice to Danish and non-Danish tech and telecommunications clients as well as assistance on IT law issues in multiple M&A transactions.

In addition, Joachim is a certified IT lawyer under the Association of Danish IT Attorneys.
