Esben Moesgaard Ludvigsen advises Danish and non-Danish enterprises on stock exchange and capital markets law issues as well as company law and M&A.

In the area of stock exchange and capital markets law, Esben advises on, for example, stock exchange listings, IPOs and takeover bids as well as delisting and compulsory acquisition.

Esben also assists clients with general company law work in connection with stock exchange and capital markets law issues as well as M&A, including shareholders' agreements, SPAs, etc.

Esben furthermore has extensive knowledge of and experience with financing transactions, including acquisition financing, syndicated loan agreements, refinancing, provision of guarantee and security, financial leasing (including acquisition, sale and leasing of aircraft), bond issues and asset financing of, for example, real estate portfolios, aircraft, multiple train units and vessels.
