She is also highly specialised in film and music-related legal matters, servicing a broad variety of clients such as large production companies, rightsholders and others. Within the music industry Katrine has assisted on highly complex matters in relation to new product launches especially relating to online streaming e.g. regarding reselling, copyright, retransmission, must carry, prominence, consumer law, portability, accessibility, etc.

Katrine's expertise includes advising on all types of agreements, transactions and disputes within the IP and tech field. Over the years, Katrine has assisted in disputes concerning software development, implementation of IT projects, enforcement of rights, etc. Katrine also regularly assists clients on the negotiation and conclusion of various types of rights agreements, including transfer agreements and licence agreements, and performs due diligence in connection with business transactions within IP and IT.
