Emil Brockstedt Marburger advises private enterprises and public institutions on all aspects of data protection, including data protection law analyses, data mapping, compliance projects and supplier audits. Emil is also part of Bech-Bruun's first-response unit for data protection security breaches.

In addition, Emil assists on business transfers in the field of data protection law, including all aspects in the transaction context, e.g. due diligence, input to transaction documents, etc. He also deals with general compliance and legal inquiries.

Emil has previously worked with labour and employment law and therefore has in-depth knowledge of data protection in HR.
