Louise specialises in insurance law, maritime and transport law, and dispute resolution. She became a Master of Laws in 2005 and gained right of audience before the Danish High Court in 2010.

Louise advises Danish and international insurance companies, commercial enterprises as well as carriers and freight forwarders on all aspects within these areas of the law.

Moreover, Louise has particular expertise in the drafting and negotiation of large sets of contracts in the areas of carriage by sea and off-shore.

Louise is an experienced advocate and regularly conducts court and arbitration proceedings concerning insurance cover and most types of liability in damages and contractual liability.
