Alexia advises on banking, finance and project finance matters and assists in acquisition and structured financings. Alexia also acts in due diligence exercises and advises in relation to compliance with regulatory obligations in the banking and financial services sector. Prior to joining the Firm, she spent several years at the Athens office of a leading international law firm.
Education
Alexia holds a Degree in Law and an LLM in Corporate Law & Finance from the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens.
