Her practice focuses on the financial services sector and credit, private equity and venture capital funds. Katia assists clients with compliance with their regulatory obligations, including corporate governance, shareholders' information, and regulations from the Athens Exchange and the Hellenic Capital Market Commission and has experience in drafting documentation and participating in due diligence exercises. Prior to joining the Firm, Katia was an in-house lawyer at a venture capital participation company listed on the Athens Exchange.

Katia is admitted to the Thessaloniki Bar (2021).

Katia holds a Degree in Law and an LLM in Commercial & Finance Law from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. She is currently obtaining an MSc in Banking, Fintech & Risk Management from the International Hellenic University.
