Joost has specialised in real estate since 1990, with an emphasis on project development in which he has over 20 years of experience. Joost represents a wide variety of clients in property development, in both the profit and non-profit sectors (housing associations, healthcare institutions). His expertise includes drawing up and negotiating contracts for public and private companies, works contracts, turnkey contracts and land allocation. Joost also handles issues regarding town and country planning, environmental permits and administrative law. Joost is a senior partner in BarentsKrans’ Real Estate practise group.
