Career

Sébastien joined Bignon Lebray to create the Public Law and Environment Department in our Paris office, after several years in the Public Law / Project Finance Department of Linklaters.​

He has developed his practice in advising and litigating on public contracts (e.g., public procurement and public-private partnerships), government assistance, urban planning and environment, as well as in advising on public and regulatory aspects project finance, mergers and acquisitions / privatisation and public-sector finance transactions.​

Sébastien was referenced by Les Décideurs in Public Law and Energy & Environment Law and by LEGAL 500 EMEA 2023.

Sébastien is the president of Bignon Lebray’s Board of Directors ​ Sébastien has taught and is the author of dozens of national and international books and publications​ He is a graduate of the School of Environmental Affairs of Indiana University (USA). He also translates English and Spanish (Higher Institute of Interpreting and Translation), and is heavily involved in Meritas, the international network of lawyers, of which Bignon Lebray is the sole member for France
