Career

Having previously practised in at leading British and American firms, Serge has been advising financial institutions, sponsors, investment funds, non-financial companies and public authorities for more than 12 years.​

He is involved in corporate financing and private placement (EMTN, Euro PP Schuldscheindarlehen), acquisition / LBOs, mezzanine unit-linked debt, assets, export credit, including through tax leasing, (infrastructure and renewable-energy projects), complex receivables, including those with deconsolidating effect, transfers of ownership and related regulatory issues, as well as debt restructuring, rescheduling agreements and prevention of corporate difficulties.​

In 2024, Serge was referenced from IFLR 1000.​

Serge is recognised as a Best Lawyers 2025 in Banking and Finance Law.
