Career

Laetitia joined the firm in 2010 and has gained skills in corporate law, commercial law, and fundraising, notably in “prospectus  Financial Markets Regulation Authority ( AMF)”.

Laetitia assists companies, servicing both shareholders and corporate officers in several business areas, including investments; sell-offs and acquisitions; the restructuring of groups of companies; and equity capital operations.

Laetitia also provides counsel and assists in preparing documents requiring signatures, including letters of intent; term-sheets; investment protocols; shareholder agreements; guarantee agreements; and management packages.

Additionally, Laetitia has extensive experience in the field of the makers of the social and solidarity economy,

and maintains a client base of SIEG (Services d’intérêt économique général, services of general economic interest). Laetitia has a strong personal commitment, aligned with her clients, to help change regulations in this sector and applies her skills and expertise to the drafting of amendments to existing finance law.

Last, Laetitia provides legal counsel to health professionals in several areas, including the creation of their company; patient acquisition and discharge; and the negotiation and conclusion of exercise agreements. She also provides counsel and advice on a variety of issues to the shareholders of medical facilities, including clinics and ESP (multi-disciplinary health companies).
