Jacques Goyet is a member of the Paris Bar. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring and financing for listed and unlisted companies. He advises both private shareholders and investment and industrial companies.

Jacques Goyet also specialises in litigation related to corporate sales, including in particular the enforcement of liability guarantees, shareholder disputes and setting transfer prices. He also advises on disputes related to the functioning of companies (minority shareholder protection, management liability, judicial dissolution, the validity of decisions taken by corporate bodies, etc.).

Jacques has developed particular experience in the agrifood (in particular the sale/acquisition of vineyards), leisure, tourism, hotel, air and ground transport and catering sectors.
