Career

Ondine works as an advisor and litigator at each stage of real estate transactions, with particular emphasis on commercial leases and rental agreements.​

Ondine's practice includes monitoring lease portfolios of companies (whether property investment companies [SCIs], or other form of property companies) with a significant number of properties (100+ commercial premises), by alerting them to deadlines for vacancies or renewals, and advising them on appropriate renewal strategies according to their projects.​

She regularly works in collaboration with the firm’s other departments on more comprehensive projects, including real estate development, business transfers and acquisition due diligence.​

Ondine was referenced by Chambers 2025 in Litigation and Décideurs in Porperty Law and Litigation & Arbitration in 2024.
