Career

François joined the Bignon Lebray law firm in 2019 in the department of Tax Law, ; a department he currently chair.

He assists his clients as both an advisor and a litigatorin, in all areas of tax law, and more specifically in corporate taxation, mergers and acquisitions and private equity, including management packages.

He also advises clients in the real estate sector on issues of acquisitions structuring, exit transactions, VAT, 3% tax, and more.

He is involved in wealth taxation for affluent clients, as well as in the not-for-profit sector where his expertise is renowned.
