Jan Morten Evertsen has extensive experience with contract negotiations in connection with film, media, and entertainment for Norwegian and international film and TV production companies, as well as the music industry. In addition, his counsel includes trade mark and patent issues, as well as general and specific marketing law for entertainment, media, music, and merchandising clients. He has also dealt with issues related to intellectual property law in connection with a number of acquisitions and other transactions.
