Anne Robert, Partner at Bredin Prat, is a member of the Tax team.

She advises on the tax aspects of transactions (mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and corporate restructurings) and also assists clients in connection with tax audits and tax litigation.

Anne is a lecturer at the business school HEC Paris.

After joining Bredin Prat, Anne was seconded to Cravath, Swaine & Moore in New York (2009 - 2010).
