Sébastien de Monès, Partner at Bredin Prat, leads the firm’s Tax team.

He practises in the field of French and international tax law and has extensive experience in advising on the tax aspects of transactions (mergers and acquisitions, private equity and real estate transactions) and also assists corporate clients in connection with tax audits and tax litigation.

He also advises private clients, particularly corporate executives, on their personal tax situations.

He has written numerous articles, and regularly speaks at conferences on French and international tax law and is a lecturer at the University of Paris Dauphine.

is a graduate of HEC Paris (1995) and the University of Paris 11 (DESS in International Tax Law, 1995).
