Clémence Fallet, Partner at Bredin Prat, is a member of the Corporate team.

She has intensive experience in mergers and acquisitions and in private equity transactions. She advises listed companies on their corporate governance issues.

Clémence lectures at the University of Paris Dauphine and at the business school HEC (Majeure Stratégie Juridique et Fiscale).

She is member of the Haut Comité Juridique de la Place Financière de Paris (HCJP) since January 2023.

Clémence Fallet is a graduate of the business school HEC (2006) and the University of Paris 11 Jean-Monnet (Master’s in business and tax law, 2006). She was also selected to attend training sessions at the business think-tank IHEE (Institut des Hautes Études de l’Entreprise, 2015).
