Sophie Cornette de Saint Cyr, Partner at Bredin Prat, has been a member of the Corporate team for more than 25 years.

She specialises in mergers & acquisitions, securities law and corporate governance. Her practice covers a wide range of matters, including cross-border transactions for French and international groups, acquisitions of listed and unlisted companies, industrial spin-offs, joint ventures and corporate restructurings.

She also advises family offices on capital restructuring, governance and succession planning issues.

She is Regional Representative EMEA of the Securities and Capital Markets Committee of the International Bar Association and regularly speaks at or chairs international conferences and seminars.
