Career

Tom Vauthier, Partner at Bredin Prat, is a member of the firm’s Litigation team.

He advises and represents companies and their senior executives in proceedings before the civil, commercial and criminal courts.

His practice focuses on corporate litigation (shareholder conflicts, M&A transactions, directors’ liability, etc.), commercial litigation, unfair competition as well as disputes relating to the ‘duty of vigilance’ and CSR issues.

In this respect, he regularly assists his clients in class actions, whether regarding consumer law, unfair competition or in the context of follow-on actions.

Tom was seconded to Kirkland & Ellis in New York from 2017 to 2018.
