Career

Arthur Helfer, Partner at Bredin Prat, is a member of the Competition & EU Law team.

He advises French and international companies before French and European regulatory authorities and courts, with a particular focus on merger control, state aid and antitrust litigation (cartels, abuse of dominant position).

His experience spans a wide variety of sectors, including telecommunications, transport, energy, agriculture and luxury goods.

He also has in-depth knowledge of French Public Law and advises clients in connection with sector-specific regulations and represents clients in litigation matters before the French administrative courts.

Arthur has given constitutional law and administrative law seminars at the University of Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas and has also lectured in public law at Sciences Po.

He served as a law clerk at the French Supreme Administrative Court (Conseil d’État) (2009-2010).
