Nathalie Legendre, Counsel, has joined Bredin Prat in 2016 as a member of the Corporate team. She has significant experience in mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and securities law.

Nathalie Legendre is in charge of the Knowledge Management.

Prior to joining Bredin Prat, Nathalie Legendre was a Counsel at Ashurst, Paris and was in charge of the Knowledge Management.
