Career

Juliette Crouzet, Counsel, heads the firm's Digital Law team.

She works on issues relating to innovation law, data and intellectual property. She supports her clients in structuring their projects involving innovative technologies (blockchain, AI, etc.) and complex data protection issues.

Juliette also assists her clients in managing and protecting their digital assets. She is involved in transactional matters - drafting and negotiating contracts, structuring innovative projects, advising on the technological stakes involved in M&A operations - as well as in contentious matters - notably disputes relating to trademarks, technological agreements (software licensing and maintenance contracts, etc.) and personal data protection.

Prior to joining Bredin Prat, Juliette worked for four years in the Technology/IP department of an international law firm in Paris.

Juliette worked for six months at the French Data Protection Authority (CNIL) in the Innovation and Foresight department.
