Marco Rizzi's practice embraces all aspects of corporate and transactional work for privately held and stock-exchange listed companies. He also accompanies investors (particularly VCs), enterprises and founders from incorporation throughout the whole life-cicle of enterprises (mainly in the life sciences and technology sectors).

Marco Rizzi co-heads our firm's Industry Group «International Practice» and is highly experienceed in cross-border operations, investments and transactions. He furthermore regularly advises parties in connection with shareholders, transaction-related and commercial disputes. Described as «skilled negotiator», he is valued for his hands-on approach and multiculturality. Marco Rizzi is very active in the International Bar Association (IBA), and participates in the organization of conferences like the IBA Global Entrepreneurship Conference and the IBA European Startup Conference.
