Florian S. Jörg advises companies and individuals doing business in Switzerland or planning such activities. He has many years of experience in the areas of transactions (M&A, joint venture, private equity, venture capital), company formations, general corporate and contract law as well as banking law, in particular in international matters. He also represents his clients before state courts or arbitration tribunals. Florian S. Jörg frequently publishes and acts as an editor in these subject areas. He also regularly gives lectures in Switzerland and abroad or chairs specialist conferences. Florian S. Jörg also holds a lectureship at the University of St.Gallen. In addition, he is chairman or member of several company boards of directors and foundation boards.
