Tanja Frischknecht advises and litigates primarily in private construction and real estate law. She focuses in particular on advising companies, property management companies and private individuals in all areas of lease and leashold law as well as conducting the corresponding proceedings before the civil courts. She also advises property owners and companies on commercial lease agreements and hotel contracts and assists in real estate transactions (M&A) in these matters.

She also practices in general contract law and has several years of experience in family law.
