Ingmar Snijders advises private clients since more then 20 years on all aspects of domestic and international estate planning, often in close collaboration with the tax team of Bratschi and in particular in relation to asset structuring, trusts and (charitable) foundations. The services offered include not only the set up but also administration, including directorship, trusteeship, protectorship and foundation council functions.

Ingmar Snijders' clients are among others international entrepeneurs and private persons, international (commodity) traders, as well as ship owners, both of cargo vessels and luxury yachts.
