Dr. Simon Osterwalder's work is shaped by a humanistic upbringing, his activities as a professional athlete throughout his educational years, and a professional apprenticeship as in-house counsel in a large telecommunications company with U.S. owners, which he completed directly after receiving his doctorate in 2002 and his bar exam in 2005. The latter sharpened the view for the reasons and objectives of an engagement of lawyers and of teams of lawyers.

For Dr. Simon Osterwalder, at the beginning of a consultation or at the beginning of stages of a consultation, there is always the definition of concrete work results with the intention of being able to provide a transparent, efficient and cost-optimized service at all times.
