Partner in the Rural Land & Business team whose work includes: energy projects ( working for both landowners and developers across a number of energy technologies including onshore wind, solar, hydro and gas to grid)  sale, purchase and lease of rural property; agricultural, sporting and rural leases ; rural property finance; development, diversification and conservation; natural resources; utilities and telecommunications; sporting and fishing rights; business structures; agricultural support and grants.

With experience in acting for both landowners and developers on energy projects  Sheonagh is able to bring an almost  unique  approach to such projects.
