Position

Partner with experience of handling a diverse range of property portfolios for private individuals, charitable organisations and companies. She specialises in all aspects of rural property, conveyancing and leasing, including acquisition, sale and management of estates, farms, forestry, sporting rights, minerals and other natural resources. She deals with the contractual arrangements arising and strategic and general advice required in connection with these property-based businesses. She has significant experience in negotiating options and site promotion agreements for development land. She advises individual owners on family, succession, trusts, business structure and tax planning issues. She assists charity clients with governance and commercial issues and the interpretation and variation of trust purposes, as well as their property portfolios.
