Partner within Rural Land and Business. Acting for owners and managers of land including large rural estate owners, farmers and charities. Advising on all aspects of rural property including acquisition, sale, leasing and management of estates, farms, forestry, development sites, sporting rights and minerals. Also advising on renewable energy projects and agricultural tenancy matters and disputes.
