Sharon regularly assists clients in the areas of electronic communications, data protection and intellectual property laws, both in advisory capacity as well as in dispute resolution. She regularly assists a major player in the electronic communications market offering mobile, fixed telephony, broadcasting and internet services. She has also assisted a number clients on data protection matters across industry sectors, including aviation, retail, electronic communications, gaming, and financial services, and has guided several clients to refine their GDPR compliance. At the firm, she advises clients on drafting and negotiating contracts relevant to her practice areas, including licensing, assigning, and pledging intellectual property rights.
