Senior Associate

Nicola's main areas of specialisation are capital markets and M&A transactions. Nicola read law at the University of Malta where she graduated as Doctor of laws in 2012, and subsequently at King's College, London where she graduated with an LL.M in International Financial Law.  She joined the firm as a trainee in 2012. Nicola has assisted on  primary debt issuances and IPOs, takeover bids, secondary offerings including rights issues and corporate governance and compliance issues.
