Cederquist has represented Mars, Incorporated, in its acquisition of the AniCura group from Nordic Capital Fund VIII and other sellers.

Cederquist has advised Pradera European Retail Parks SCSp, one of Europe's leading specialist retail property fund and asset managers, on its acquisition of the Swedish retail parks included in a portfolio of 25 prime retail parks located next to IKEA stores in eight European countries.
