Nikol is a senior associate and head of the employment team (within the compliance department) at CERHA HEMPEL Czech Republic.

Nikol provides her clients with complex advisory regarding employment law (incl. the hiring and dismissing of employees, setting internal employment compliance matters, as well as representing the clients in disputes regarding employment matters).

Nikol supports the M&A team in acquisition projects, in which she is responsible for the labour law part of the transactions.
