Jiří is a Senior Associate of CERHA HEMPEL Kališ & Partners and the group head of our M&A team. He joined Cerha Hempel in 2015 and participated in numerous national and cross-border M&A and restructuring projects. Jiří has been providing high quality and experienced legal services in various types of transactions for more than 10 years.
