Károly Zaicsek has extensive experience in litigation and civil procedural law. He has acted in high-profile lawsuits (such as a case involving Golgotha, a painting by Mihály Munkácsy) and represented clients in major damages cases (e.g. a case where the amount in dispute was EUR 40 million). Mr Zaicsek represented the Hungarian government in several lawsuits. As counsel for AXA Bank and ERSTE Bank, he participated in the management of a large number of lawsuits against consumers. He has acted for Hungary’s National Land Centre in hundreds of lawsuits concerning debt recovery matters.
