Jozef is Partner at CERHA HEMPEL Šiška & Partners, since 2013 and with the firm since 2006. He is Head of M&A Practice Group in the Slovak Republic.

Jozef specializes in mergers and acquisitions, corporate, as well as joint ventures with a special focus on cross border transactions. He has developed particular expertise in the fields of structuring and implementation of corporate transactions and is recognized for his client focused and business oriented approach.
