Position

Alessandra specialises in national and EU competition law (collusion, abuse of dominant position). She has experience in competition law enforcement programmes, state aid, unfair commercial practices, unfair competition, and abuse of economic dependence. Alessandra regularly advises leading national and international companies and financial institutions on complex legal matters. She is involved in EU and national level litigation before Italian civil and administrative courts, and European courts.

Alessandra Prastaro joined the Firm in 2012. Since 1999, she has been an Associate and since 2006 she serves as Counsel to a leading international law firm.

The firm is also well-versed in State aid proceedings and has a particular niche in the automotive and electronic communications sectors. Split between Milan and Rome, the team includes Cristoforo Osti, an expert in State aid.
