Anna Maria focuses her activities on capital markets and structured finance. She has an extensive experience in securitisation transactions regarding various assets, including transactions relating to non performing exposures (also assisted by a State guarantee), covered bonds, project bonds and bond issues. Recently, she worked on the structuring of an innovative model of digital marketplace for trading of non-performing loans. She regularly advises primary Italian and international investment banks and financial corporations on legal and regulatory aspects.

Anna Maria joined the Firm as a Counsel in 2020 and became of Counsel in 2024. Previously, she held the same position within primary Italian and international law firms.
