Flavia provides legal advice to supervised entities operating in the banking, financial, and insurance sectors, both domestically and internationally, on regulatory matters, day-to-day operations, extraordinary transactions, organizational and corporate governance matters, sector-specific compliance, interactions with regulatory Authorities and sanctioning proceedings, investment transactions, product regulation, and prudential aspects. She regularly advises Italian and foreign collective asset managers and investors on structuring, marketing, and operations related to private equity, real estate, infrastructure, credit, and venture capital investment funds and other investment vehicles.
