Giovanni Filippo regularly advises Italian and international clients (issuers, financial institutions, financial advisors) on national and cross-border transactions including equity capital markets (IPO, public purchase and exchange offers, capital increases, private placements) and public M&A.

Giovanni Filippo Pezzulo joined the Firm in 2005; he has been of Counsel since 2022 . In 2008 – 2009 he worked for the New York office.
