Partner - Administrative Law

Federico specializes in administrative law and focuses on environmental, urban planning and construction law. He provides legal assistance in connection with major urban regeneration and real estate development, as well as in real estate and real estate development transactions with a focus on Retail, receptive, student housing, residential, and logistics. Federico also deals with circular economy, waste management and remediation of contaminated sites. He also follows clients in the permitting phase of large industrial projects (including Data Centers, logistics, expansions of manufacturing plants, establishment of new strategic activities), following the authorization processes. Federico provides judicial assistance before TARs and The Council of State, also dealing with climate change litigation.
