Luca advised Italian and international clients in the most significant Corporate - M&A transactions in the Italian market, particularly in the following sectors: media, telecommunications, luxury, design, gaming, real estate, sport, food and beverages, automotive, electronics, consumer, health care, metal and machinery, automation. Luca Fossati has been a Partner in charge of the executive function of the Firm and Head of the corporate department.

Luca joined the Firm in 1989 and became Partner in 2000.
