Francesco advises Italian and international clients on Corporate - Private M&A, Public M&A, public companies, banking, insurance and others regulated entities with a focus on complex transactions such as mergers, divisions, acquisitions, capital increases, joint ventures, takeover bids or exchange tender offerings and listed securities.

Francesco Tedeschini joined the Firm in 1989 and became a Partner in 1998. He has been Senior Partner since 2018. In 1990-1991 he worked at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, LLP in New York.
