Italo advises Italian and international clients on Corporate - M&A, capital markets, and real estate matters with a focus on: sale and purchase of shares, mergers and demergers, public takeover bids and public exchange offerings, IPO, capital increases, corporate governance, related-party transaction and public disclosure regulations, sale and purchase of real estate, companies and real estate portfolios, real estate asset management, real estate investment trusts and collective real estate investment funds.

Italo De Santis joined the Firm in 2008 and became a Partner in 2017. Since 2024 Head of the "Equity Capital Markets" Practice Area.
