Edoardo is the Head of the London office and member of Chiomenti's Private Equity practice. He handles complex Italian and cross-border M&A and Private Equity transactions across a wide range of sectors, including fintech, media, technology, fashion, and construction. Edoardo regularly represents clients in the most complex and strategically significant transactions, with a particular focus on those requiring integrated and multidisciplinary expertise, primarily assisting foreign clients or Italian groups with a multinational presence.

Edoardo Canetta joined the Firm in 2011; he became Managing Counsel in 2020 and Partner in 2021. Previously, he worked as associate for leading Italian and international law firms. In 2017 and 2018 he was an International Associate at Debevoise & Plimpton LLP, in New York. Since 2024 Head of the "Private Equity - Venture & Growth Capital" Practice Area.
